Keynote and Break Out workshop for BHF Trade Association – Algarve , Portugal

It is always important to research audience needs well before the event. This trade association agreed to release the contact details of a selection of their members attending the event beforehanin order d, to ascertain the broad themes that business leaders wanted to address.

Since this keynote goes right to the heart of any organisation it iinfinitely adaptable to business s audiences. On this occasion, the crucial links between dynamic strategic planning, high trust relationships and superb performance were all part of the overview, but delegates were particularly interested in how to go about the issue of high trust relationships. The overview is always an essential part of MARRIAGE GUIDANCE FOR BUSINESS LOVERS ® because you cannot achieve high trust relationships without firstly clarifying direction. Furthermore, an organisation needs to know how to ‘do’ both direction and trust in order to develop and sustain excellent performance.

Knowing these topical areas of interest beforehand allowed us to build the emphasis of the keynote with a Q & A session at the end. We were then able to plan a dynamic, practical, highly interactive breakout workshop next day.
